Dedicated to the memory of Jason Smallwood
On 22 May 2018 Jason lost his long and brave battle with cancer. He was cared for by the wonderful doctors and nurses at Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice and we would like to raise donations for this great cause. The hospice only receive 20% Government/NHS funding so their work is reliant on voluntary donations.
We would appreciate any donation large or small to this fantastic cause in Jason's memory.
